Introducing the Bio-Rad Metabolomics System
As a scientist in the field of Metabolomics, you may already be aware that Bio-Rad Informatics offers an "end-to-end" software solution addressing many of the needs in this field. The KnowItAll Metabolomics Edition includes integrated tools for NMR processing, Principal Component Analysis (PCA), metabolite database searching, and links to metabolic pathway information in the KEGG database. Since the introduction of the Metabolomics Edition in 2006, we have added important new features including metabolite database projection, chemometric modeling, and integration with Pirouette® from Infometrix, Inc. Integration with Pirouette enables the use of multivariate analysis techniques such as PLS and PLS-DA, with or without Orthogonal Signal Correction (OSC).
