Apex™ Software for Small Molecule Confirmation



Sierra's Apex™ is a comprehensive software application for structure-based confirmation of small molecules in mass spectral datasets. From a set of user-supplied chemical structures, Apex™ correlates spectral features predicted from each structure against the experimental LC/MS and/or LC/MS/MS data to determine which structures are present and their retention times. Apex™ supports direct import of raw data files from most mass spectrometry data systems.
